This may be contributed to the fact that many elderly people slouch, which could be why people associate bad posture with old age. It is not clear why this works, but it will help you to look younger quickly.
3. People who run around all day scowling or frowning are going to look older than people who smile daily. Stress shows enormously on a persons face and eventually takes a giant toll on your youth. It is impossible to eliminate stress from your life completely, but it is possible to smile more often. A smile will light up your face making you look amazing while hiding some of the more noticeable wrinkles and frown lines that come with age.
4. The outfits that you choose to wear will have a large impact on how close to your age you look. While it is not advisable for an older woman to wear kid's clothing, it is important to be aware of the impression you are giving with your wardrobe. Choosing fun flirty clothing while remaining classy will take years off of your age.
5. Finally, the best thing you can do to hold onto your youthful look is to take care of yourself. Eating healthy foods, staying fit by exercising regularly, keeping up with your personal hygiene, and taking care of your body are the greatest ways to hold onto your young vibrant self.
